    An honest, fair and professional plumbing service who is on time and takes pride in their workmanship? This is it! Matt is amazing! I called in with a sewer backup issue on a rental property. The receptionist was well spoken, pleasant and precise. I was told they could be there between 4-6pm. They called me back around 4pm with an ETA of 4:30pm-5pm, earlier than expected! Matt arrived and gave me another call just to “touch base” and gather some additional info. He got to work and an hour later he called back with the line cleared, and camera images of the damaged line that had caused the back-up. This back-up happens about every 6-8mo. to a year and we’ve known of it for more than 30 years, we’ve had my grandfather and friend replace a small area of the line when I was very young. The home is now a rental property and it seems the exact same area which was replaced 20-25 years ago needs replaced once again. Matt sent me all the photos and a quote which is very fair in my opinion. With no further pressure. I’d recommend these guys to all my family and friends. And... I’d definitely recommend them to anyone I don’t care about as well

    I am very pleased with the work done by All City Plumbing. Alex worked as the lead tech for the repair on my slab pipe burst. He and his team did a great job! Alex, Joe and Anthony assessed the problem properly and worked quickly to minimize the damages. Alex also coordinated with the remediation company in order to work in tandem to cover all aspects of the job. I would definitely recommend their services and use them again in the future.

    Great experience with them! Willie and Joseph came out on 4th of July! My bathtub was draining very slowly. They helped me clear out the drain and showed me all the hair! They were so friendly and professional. They even gave me recommendations on how to prevent my drain from being clogged with hair. Scheduling a consultation was very easy with them. I ended up getting the job done same day because they had a great price and I felt confident they can get the job done well. I highly recommend going with them!

    I've used All City Plumbing on 3 different occasions and am always impressed with their service. Every time I have called, the phone is picked up, an appointment can be scheduled same day, the technician is early, quick, friendly and cleans up really well. On this visit, I had a loose and leaking toilet and Steve was able to come fix it within a couple of hours. He was friendly, quoted a price from the beginning, and was done before I knew it. He did quality work and left the bathroom looking clean with my freshly remounted toilet.

    Can't say enough good things about Alex. I have had him out twice for the same issue which ultimately required hydro-jetting, but my drain works like a dream (or at least like it should). Knowledgeable and courteous, you will be fortunate to have him provide services. I also need to make honorable mention of his apprentice as well (forgot his name though-sorry). Would recommend to anyone!!

    1st, Their visit for a quote was free!! Every other plumber that I contacted charged $150 just to come and look. They were communicating throughout the process. They finished the job quickly and were extremely polite and pleasant. It was a bit more pricey than expected, but I don't feel they over-charged.

    If I could rate any higher, I would!! Matt R. and Joe R. were excellent from the get-go. They arrived at the time they said they would and got straight to business. They inspected my toilet very closely and determined the issue on the spot, and also provided a few different options available to fix the issue. Not once did they push one option over the other and let me decide what worked best to meet my needs. As far as the work goes, I can say it did not take long, they were thorough, and everything is as good a new. They did a very clean and professional job. Would definitely recommend!!

    **Bonus: They even mounted my toilet paper holder to the wall (without asking), where it once was. Very much appreciated, as I had not had time to do it myself!**

    All City Plumbing was able to get someone out on the 4th of July which was amazing because we needed someone asap. They confirmed the appointment 1st thing that morning and was even able to get someone out hours earlier than scheduled. Matt and Gio were both very professional and wore the foot booties the whole time as to be conscious of our floors. That was impressive. They were able to diagnose the problem right away and give the recommended repair. The price was reasonable, they were able to do the repair right then and there and finished within the estimated time given. They did a great job and both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company as I know we will use them again.

    We just moved into our first home and had an array of plumbing issues to address. Nick came over and gave us an estimate for the work we wanted completed and made additional helpful recommendations. He provided us quotes for everything we wanted done and everything he recommended and allowed us to pick and choose what to do without pressuring us to do anything.

    He came back the very next day and got all the work done. He noticed a couple of things while making the repairs that were not included in the initial estimate and tossed those items in for free. Whenever he was given an opportunity to be honest, he was and provided us with all of our options for each project.

    We will be using him again in the future to have additional work done. This was our first experience with plumbers and it was a great one. First impression was wonderful as Nick and his team immediately put on shoe protectors before stepping into our house. They also left with a good impression by cleaning up after themselves.

    Contracted All City Plumbing to handle installing washer plumbing and dryer gas lines. Also had them install dryer vent. They did an excellent, professional job. I'm very pleased with the quality of work and dedication to getting the job completed. The plumber was a bit late to the prearranged time, presumably because of a previous job, but that didn't stop him from working late to get the plumbing piece of the project done. The next day, he arrived as planned and finished up the gas line and dryer vent. 

    Overall I will definitely be using All City Plumbing again!

    Looks like I've found my new plumbing company. I've had some bad luck using some of those family owned mom & pop plumber. Last place accidentally ripped up my kitchen linoleum floor while they were letting their 18-year-old apprentice do the work. Donald showed up and was honest about the repairs I needed. I was faced with a complete kitchen faucet, which Donald picked out the replacement himself. The new one was actually better than the dying Moen that was replaced. I will definitely use when I replace my water heater next year. Very pleased

    The plumber that came to my home was kind enough to check my kitchen sink and tell me that my pipes were fine, the issue was a simple fix that I could do myself. He kindly walked me through unclogging the hose from my dishwasher aerator to the garbage disposal and saved me $100. Highly recommend!!! Glad to see there are still honest people out there. Will definitely be using this place for my future plumbing needs!
